California Wines at Wine Paris

California Wines returns to Wine Paris February 15–17, 2027, bringing California wineries together in a dedicated pavilion at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. This hub will be updated with everything participating wineries need to prepare for the show.

A New Look for Wine Paris 2027

The California Wines pavilion returns with a refreshed design for 2027, featuring updated booth spaces designed for wine presentation, meetings and trade engagement.

Each 5m² booth includes:

  • Presentation desk
  • Fridge
  • Meeting table and chairs
  • Bench seating and lockable storage for approximately three standard 12-bottle cases.

Duskie’s California Showkitchen

Host your clients for a California wine and food pairing experience at Wine Paris 2027.

Sonoma County chef Duskie Estes will lead 30-minute seated sessions in the California Ranch, pairing California-inspired dishes with participating wineries’ wines. Each session features two appetizer-sized dishes and provides an opportunity for wineries to present their wines and engage with invited trade customers.

Reserve a Session

Dedicated Session — $900

Deadline: October 10, 2026

  • Up to 30 invited customers
  • Present 2–3 wines
  • Exclusive session for your winery or wine region association

Shared Session — $450 per winery

Deadline: October 10, 2026

  • Shared between two wineries
  • Up to 15 invited customers per winery
  • Present 1–2 wines per winery

Participation Details

Reservation deadline: October 10, 2026

Eligibility: Wineries must be current members of the Wine Institute Export Program to reserve a Showkitchen session. Current-year membership dues must be paid by the October 10, 2026 registration deadline.

To reserve a session, email Tania Da Costa with your winery name, contact name and preferred session type.

Optional lunch service: Lunch boxes may also be available for participating wineries at an estimated cost of $15 per lunch, subject to sufficient interest. Please indicate how many you would order per day when contacting Tania.

  • Wineries must be current members of the Export Program, with current-year dues paid by the registration deadline.
  • Wineries are responsible for inviting and confirming their guests and providing a guest list. California Wines will provide a PDF invitation.
  • Three bottles of each featured wine must be included in the consolidated shipment or made available at the show.
  • Two additional seats per session will be reserved for media.
  • Any unreserved winery-hosted seats may be offered to international trade after the guest-list cut-off date.
