Seminars
- Please note that the 9am sessions are mandatory for all buyers and no registration is required.
- These seminars are designed to enhance your experience and provides you with more market insights and in-depth knowledge of California wines.
What is Covered During Your Stay
- Hotel stays and group ground transportation
- Jan 24: Welcome mixer (light bites)
- Jan 25: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Jan 26: Breakfast, Lunch
What is Not Covered During Your Stay
- Taxi, Uber, Grab, or ground transportation from Singapore Changi airport to the hotel and back to the airport at the end of your stay.
- Personal incidental expenses – spa services, mini-bar, room service, etc.
- Additional hotel room nights and transportation outside of the pre-arranged conference dates (Jan 24-26, 2027).
- Travel Insurance – we recommend you take out travel insurance as the Wine Institute is not able to do this on your behalf.
- Visa application fees, should you require a visa to enter Singapore.

- Passport / ID for hotel check-ins
- Credit card for incidentals / personal use when you check in
- Electronic chargers, adapters, back-up battery packs

- Tip: Avoid wearing heels
Accommodation
- Your stay is covered by the Wine Institute for the dates Jan 24-26, 2027 for the duration of the program.
- Any additional hotel room nights and transportation outside of the pre-arranged conference dates is not covered.
- You’ll be asked to present a credit card at check-in to cover for any personal incidental expenses and additional charges.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is included for the mornings of Jan 25 and 26.
- Available at the lobby restaurant Straits Kitchen from 6:30am.
- Only available for one guest per guest room as covered by the Wine Institute as part of your stay.
Lunch
- Lunch hours is from 12:30pm to 2:00pm on January 25 & 26 on 3/F.
- Lunch will be self-served buffet style and you are free to take lunch at anytime between lunch hours.
- You’ll need your badge to access the lunch area.
Dinner & Shuttles
- Please read the dinner information published further down on this page.
- Dinner on Jan 25 will be free seating.
- There will be shuttle buses to take you from the Grand Hyatt Singapore to the dinner venue and back.
- Please note that all buyers must take our shuttles back to the hotel after dinner for security reasons.
- Please kindly respect our program guidelines and thank you for your understanding.
Entry into Singapore
- To ensure a smooth journey into Singapore, click here to find out entry requirements, things to submit and more.
- Travelers are to submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) online within 3 days before arrival in Singapore.
- Please note that your passport must be valid for the duration of your planned stay in Singapore.
Reminders
- Wear your badges at all times for the duration of the program for access and attendance
- As it is a group program, may we ask everyone to be on time.
- Contact your in-market FAS specialist or CWI representative if you have any questions.
- Grab works well for hired car rides in Singapore.
- Taxis take credit card.

Arrival & Welcome Mixer
Transportation Details: Changi Airport to Grand Hyatt Singapore
Please note that travel from the airport to the hotel is not covered by the Wine Institute. Grab works well in Singapore for getting around, in addition to taxis.
Taxis/Car rides take around 20 mins to the hotel and approx. SGD20-30.
Travel Issues: If your flight is canceled or delayed, or if there is some other logistical constraint, please contact your in-market FAS Specialist or California Wines representative directly.
Grand Hyatt Singapore Arrival: Please check in with the hotel front desk directly, which is located in the lobby of the hotel as you enter the hotel. You’ll be asked to present a credit card to cover any incidentals, accommodation charges will be covered by the Wine Institute.
Early Arrivals: If you stayed overnight elsewhere, please plan to check in at the Grand Hyatt Singapore on January 24.

How to get there: The Devil’s Door is located within walking distance across from the Grand Hyatt Singapore. Exit the hotel from the main entrance and turn right, where you’ll see escalators to go up to a footbridge to cross the road. Walk across, head down, and walk straight for about 100 meters and you will find the Shaw Centre on your right.
Reception format:

Group Dinner
Dinner at Jiak Kim House
Please plan to meet in the front lobby / entrance of the Grand Hyatt Singapore for a prompt departure at 17:30 for Jiak Kim House.
Shuttles Begin Loading: 17:15
Shuttles Depart: 17:45
Recommended Attire: Casual (dinner will be indoors)
Dinner format: Free seating, seated fixed menu, California wine bar
Shuttles will be returning guests back to the Grand Hyatt Singapore after dinner for their overnight stay.
Tuesday, January 26
Departure
Hotel Check-Out
Check-out time: 12pm
As our program will only finish in the afternoon of Tuesday Jan 26, please pack your bags and check out of the hotel in the morning before the 9am seminar or after by noon. A kind reminder that any incidentals, mini-bar, etc will not be covered by California Wines.
Transportation from hotel to airport
Please note that transportation from the hotel to the airport is not covered by California Wines. Please arrange for your own transport for your departure. We wish all guests a safe onward journey.
