Join the global California Wines team at the Lodge at Sonoma on Tuesday, July 23 for the Export Program Annual Meeting and reception.

The meeting will include an overview of market strategies and upcoming programs, important updates on key issues, and new opportunities to grow your business internationally. The meeting will be held from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm with lunch included.

To celebrate the end of a successful program year and kick off another, all attendees are invited to a Pinot by the Pool Reception at the Lodge at Sonoma following the meeting.

What is covered in your stay

What is not covered

  • Personal incidental expenses – spa services, mini-bar, room service, etc.
  • Additional hotel room nights and transportation outside of the pre-arranged conference and regional tours.
  • Travel Insurance – we recommend you take out travel insurance as Wine Institute is not able to do this for you.

What to wear

Afternoons and evenings can be cool and windy, especially in coastal areas. Bring a jacket or sweater with you at all times.

  • Sunday Welcome Dinner: Casual attire
  • Regional Tour: Casual, jeans ok. Please dress for vineyard & winery visits with sturdy footwear, closed toe shoes.
  • Winery Dinners: Smart casual.
  • Tip: Avoid wearing heels.

Tips

  • There will be a WhatsApp group for the tour, we will provide the QR code to access the group before leaving for the tour.
  • Traveling in a group is even more pleasant if we do not have to wait for anyone. So may we ask everyone to be on time.
