Regional Tours
Make the Most of Your Regional Tour
Associations are responsible for planning their regional tour and ensuring that all participating wineries have their wines entered into Bottlebooks. Please see the Bottlebooks section below for instructions on registering wines so GBM staff can upload them into the system.
Each regional tour will feature a customized online itinerary that includes a direct link to all wines being poured on that tour. These links will be shared with buyers—so the more complete your wine entries, the more valuable and impactful your tour will be.

Bottlebooks
Bottlebooks
- We are offering a digital wine catalogue for buyer guests, featuring all wines served during the Grand Tasting, Mini Masterclasses, and Regional Tours.
- This catalogue allows buyers to take private notes on individual wines and access the full event wine list for up to a year after their trip.
- To be included, please provide a wine list in Excel and use the Dropbox link below to upload the tech sheets and bottle shots for all wines being showcased at your regional table, mini masterclass, and regional tour. GBM staff will then upload the wines into Bottlebooks on your behalf.
Please note, there's a separate sheet for Grand Tasting & Regional Tours.
Please upload Tech Sheets & Bottle Shots so we can input all key info.
Bottlebooks Networking
- We’ll be using the Bottlebooks Networking feature at Global Buyers Marketplace. This tool allows buyers and wineries to connect and schedule meetings ahead of the grand tasting.
- To ensure your vintners can participate, please add all attending vintners to the Contacts → Attending Contacts section of your Bottlebooks association profile. Only vintners listed here will be included in the networking feature. Those not added will miss the communications prompting them to begin the networking process and book meetings with buyers.
